PICKLES THAT PUNCH BACK.
Bold, small-batch craft pickles from Bengaluru. Fierce brines, big personalities, zero apologies. Meet the First Offenders — the Usual Suspects are coming.
Karnataka is the quiet engine behind the world's gherkin supply. The fields around Bengaluru grow cucumbers that end up in jars shipped to Europe and the US — brined to bland, stripped of personality, sold under someone else's label.
We looked at that and thought: why is India's best produce making everybody else's product?
02 — The First Offenders
So we started Sour Riot. Four pickles to open the case — Dill Dogg, Hot Mess, The Don and Cry Baby. Each made from quality Indian produce, brined in recipes that don't apologise for their flavour.
And the file's still open. Four more are already in the brine: the Usual Suspects.
"BOLD BRINES. FIERCE FLAVOURS. ZERO APOLOGIES."
Sourcing note. Our gherkins come from the Hoskote region, minutes from Bengaluru. Our jalapeños are picked fresh and brined at peak heat. Every ingredient traceable, every batch intentional.
